We are working hard to make the experience of visiting the Museum as safe and as comfortable as possible. We have put in place a number of measures to help with that process and will be continuing to encourage these where possible.
Track and Trace
Following government guidelines we will no longer require all visitors to the Museum to complete Track and Trace when they arrive at the Museum, but instead we will still be encouraging visitors to participate.
We believe that social distancing is still important to our visitors and therefore we are continuing with timed ticket entry. In particular, we will have a maximum of 10 people attending each tour. You can purchase a ticket on the day but this cannot be guaranteed and we strongly recommend booking online.
We ask that you do not arrive any more than 15 minutes early for your time slot to avoid congestion.
We have signs around the Museum promoting social distancing where possible.
Following government guidance, face coverings are no longer required to be worn within the Museum. Some staff members and volunteers will still be wearing face shields and masks and we encourage visitors to do so where possible.
We will continue to do temperature checks for all visitors over the age of 18 upon entry to the Museum.
