Inclusive Judaism

About this site

‘There is no one version of Judaism – that’s just a statement of fact. It’s based on Jewish history and the different movements and different trends throughout the centuries.’ – Rabbi Romain

Inclusive Judaism aims to increase understanding of the diversity within Judaism in the  classroom and beyond. The teaching of Inclusive Judaism is important for many reasons and ensures that:

  • The Jewish community is represented authentically.
  • Students truly understand what it means to be Jewish, in all its diversity.
  • We are able to connect to each other’s experiences with empathy and compassion.
