Celebrating Pesach.

Jewish people all over the world will soon be gathering for Pesach.

Pesach, or Passover as it is known in English, is a week-long festival celebrated around March or April every year. This year, it falls on 22nd-30th of April. It is one of the most important festivals in Judaism. It commemorates the Biblical story of the Exodus when Jewish people were freed from slavery in Egypt.

Throughout April and into May, a selection of objects from the Jewish Museum’s Collection will be on display to illustrate how Jewish families mark this important time of the year.

Bradford Reform Synagogue is open for events, monthly Shabbat services, High Holy Days, and for school visits throughout the year. For up to date information visit the Synagogue’s Facebook page
