by Alice Tofts,\u00a0UCL Museum Studies MA Student and Event Programmer for the Jewish Museum London\u2019s ClayTime Late<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n [Editor\u2019s note] Five students from UCL\u2019s Museum Studies MA course are working with the museum to plan a museum late event – ClayTime <\/a>– on Thursday 2 February. Over the next few months they\u2019ll be updating our blog readers with their exciting plans for the evening – enjoy!<\/i><\/p>\n We are delighted to confirm our Ellie, Pippa, Hat and Rob all met while studying music at
\nfirst act for ClayTime<\/a>: four musicians from Manchester-based klezmer ensembles.<\/p>\n
\nthe University of Manchester. They are active members of various klezmer
\nensembles, including L\u2019Chaim Kapelye, a band that specialises in infectious dance tunes and soulful
\nsongs of the klezmer and yiddish folksong tradition. The ensemble will bring
\ntheir skills in clarinet, fidl and voice to provide a fun and fitting end to
\nour late event<\/a>. <\/p>\n
