Sukkot Family Activity Days

Sukkot Family Activity Days

When

October 29, 2024 - October 31, 2024
11.00 am - 1.00 pm

Come and join the Jewish Museum London at Swiss Cottage Library during October half term to celebrate the Jewish Festival of Sukkot. During this festival which celebrates the autumn harvest, Jewish people are reminded to be thankful for G-d’s creations, so we will be celebrating all things creation! We will be welcoming all ages from 0-12 and their families.

Celebrate the creation of animals by making your own animal mask! Choose from and decorate one of our pre-cut animal masks using a range of craft resources, then wear your creation home. Visitors can also enjoy a sensory area for under 5s, which will also feature resources and toys from the creation story.

The sessions will take place from 11am-1pm on Tuesday 29th and Thursday 31st of October in the children’s library space at Swiss Cottage Library. Sessions are free to attend on a drop-in basis.

We hope to see you there!
