Jewish Museum London is operating as a museum without walls, as we work towards a new permanent home. In the meantime you can find us in a range of places, both in person and online.

 JGSGB Annual Conference 2022

We are pleased to announce the return of an in-person annual conference at the Jewish Museum in London on Sunday 30th October, the Society’s first since 2019. While we are still reacclimatising to physical events at JGSGB, this afternoon-only conference with limited capacity will still provide a great opportunity to meet genealogical friends colleagues (or cousins!) old and new and to hear three excellent presentations:

  •  Debra Brunner, The Together Plan, “Jewish Belarus – archives, heritage, vodka and herring!”
  •  Nick Barratt, author, broadcaster and historian, “The Future of Family History”
  •  Howard Martin and Marilyn Scott, Bevis Marks Synagogue Heritage Foundation, “The Bevis Marks Synagogue Story – celebrating over 300 years”

The conference will start at 2pm but registration will begin at 1:30pm and light refreshments will be available, included in the ticket price.

Guest ticket: £25

If you have any queries regarding ticketing, wish to pay other than online through the JGSGB shop or need to inform us of any access requirements when attending the conference, please email [email protected]

Tickets are available through the JGSGB website by following the link: https://shop.jgsgb.org.uk/product/jgsgb-mini-conference-25-october-2020-non-members-ticket
