Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Due to the limited number of tickets available to our events we apply the following cancellation and refund policy:

  •  requests for refunds received more than 1 week prior to the date of the event will receive a full refund
  •  within 7 days of the event no refund will be given

If, for any reason, The Jewish Museum has to cancel an event we will notify you by email or by telephone and refund your ticket in full.

When booking an event, please bring a copy of the confirmation email. You can do this by showing the email on your mobile device or printing them off. There is a booking list on the day of the event so if you forget your confirmation we will still know to expect you.
