How to book
To book your group's visit please contact our learning team on
+44 (0)20 7284 7384 or email admin@jewishmuseum.org.uk.

We cannot process provisional bookings as this means we end up turning other groups away – we work on a first come, first served basis.

We can offer educational groups either workshop based sessions (details of which can be found on our Learning pages) or self-guided visits.

To make a booking our Administrator will send you a booking request form which you must fully complete and return to the Museum.  It is especially important to state which session you require if you are having a workshop based visit.

Bookings are made depending on availability and physical space and resources. We have two educational spaces that have a limited capacity.

If the booking is feasible a booking will be made and a booking confirmation sent to you with a document detailing important information for your visit. Until you receive confirmation of your booking by e-mail your visit has not been confirmed. Once you have received a booking confirmation email our cancellation policy will apply.

Please bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation with you on the day of your visit to present to our Visitor Services team.
